**Role Overview**
Join Boutiqaat, where technology meets luxury, as a Business Central L1 Support Executive based in Gurugram. In this pivotal role, you'll be the first line of defense in supporting our users of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, ensuring seamless operation across various business modules. **Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the initial point of contact for end users seeking assistance with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central through email, chat, or phone, ensuring queries are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Accurately log, track, and categorize support tickets to facilitate efficient resolution and maintain a robust record of user interactions.
- Provide specialized support for critical modules such as Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Warehouse, helping users navigate and resolve issues.
- Assist users with challenges related to user access, data entry errors, system navigation, and report generation, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Support the setup and maintenance of master data, including Vendor, Customer, and Item information, with guidance from senior team members.
- Perform basic system configurations under supervision, gaining hands-on experience with system customization and enhancement.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L2 support or the appropriate Functional/Technical Consultants, ensuring that all problems are addressed by the right experts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective problem resolution, fostering a cooperative and responsive support environment.
- Maintain and update knowledge base documentation, contributing to a growing repository of solutions and best practices for user reference.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelorโs degree in Computer Applications, Science, or Technology (BCA/B.Sc./B.Tech preferred).
- 0โ2 years of experience in ERP/Application Support, demonstrating a foundational understanding of enterprise systems.
- Strong customer service mindset with an eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central, enabling effective first-level support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, providing an advantage in data management tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, essential for diagnosing and resolving user issues.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required, ensuring coverage and availability for user support.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with master data setup processes, including Vendor, Customer, and Item management.
- Familiarity with additional ERP systems or relevant certifications that demonstrate a broader understanding of enterprise solutions.
