Head of ERP Odoo

**Role Overview**

As the Head of ERP Odoo, you will lead and inspire a dynamic team of functional and technical consultants, driving the successful implementation and management of ERP projects within our organization. **Key Responsibilities**

- Lead and oversee a team of Odoo functional and technical consultants, ensuring optimal performance and project delivery.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, managing budgets and resources to align with organizational goals and customer expectations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the ERP team and senior management, reporting on project deliverables, progress, and strategic initiatives.
- Actively participate in the recruitment cycle, identifying and onboarding top talent to enhance the capabilities of the ERP team.
- Implement and refine sprint planning processes, utilizing agile methodologies to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
- Manage the entire software development lifecycle (CDLC), from conception through deployment, with a focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Function as a team mentor, fostering a collaborative environment and supporting the professional growth of team members through coaching and guidance.

**Required Qualifications**

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Odoo and ERP teams, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
- Proven expertise in project planning, agile coaching, and sprint management within ERP environments.
- In-depth understanding of Odoo functionalities, core accounting principles, and their application in real-world scenarios.
- Demonstrated experience with multiple ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Technical proficiency and understanding of ERP system architecture and integration processes.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile) or specific ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP).
- Prior experience in the luxury retail sector, understanding its unique challenges and requirements.
- Familiarity with AI coding tools and their application in enhancing ERP functionality and productivity.
