Mid/Senior Odoo Functional Consultant

**Role Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mid/Senior Odoo Functional Consultant to join our innovative team. You will play a critical role in optimizing our business processes by leveraging your expertise in Odoo, particularly in the POS and accounting modules, to enhance our luxury retail clients' operations. **Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Odoo modules including POS, accounting, manufacturing, and warehouse management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze complex business processes and translate them into efficient Odoo configurations, providing tailored solutions for multi-company, multi-currency, and multi-warehouse environments.
- Manage and execute end-to-end Odoo implementation cycles, from requirements gathering and blueprinting to testing and go-live, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and user manuals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including retail, eCommerce, logistics, and manufacturing sectors, to ensure seamless integration of Odoo solutions.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, employing strong problem-solving skills to make decisions that balance business impact and technical feasibility.
- Provide expert training and support to end-users, fostering a deep understanding of Odoo functionalities and enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.

**Required Qualifications**
- A minimum of 3 years of experience for mid-level and over 5 years for senior-level roles as an Odoo Functional Consultant, with demonstrated expertise in Odoo version 16 and above.
- Strong proficiency in POS, accounting, manufacturing, and warehouse modules within Odoo.
- Solid understanding of core accounting principles and their application within Odoo.
- Proven experience with multi-company, multi-currency, and multi-warehouse setups.
- Hands-on experience with executing full Odoo implementation projects, from start to finish.
- Excellent documentation skills, with a track record of producing clear and comprehensive BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, and user manuals.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in the retail, eCommerce, logistics, or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in enhancing Odoo functionalities.
- Odoo Certification or related professional certifications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
