Mid/Senior Odoo Developer

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, customize, and optimize Odoo modules using Python, ensuring they deliver high performance and scalability to meet business needs.
- Design and implement robust integrations with external eCommerce platforms, such as Shopify, and payment gateways, leveraging your in-depth API development expertise.
- Apply your proficiency in JavaScript to enhance user interactions and front-end functionalities, ensuring a seamless Odoo environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI APIs, such as OpenAI, into our Odoo applications, enhancing both capabilities and user experiences.
- Configure, develop, and customize Point of Sale (POS) systems tailored to specific business requirements, ensuring seamless operation.
- Generate and customize detailed reports that provide actionable insights for stakeholders, aiding strategic business decisions.
- Utilize best practices in PostgreSQL and ORM to manage data efficiently, ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems.

**Required Qualifications**
- Proven experience in developing and customizing Odoo modules, with a minimum of 2 years for mid-level and 5 years for senior-level candidates.
- Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript, with an emphasis on writing clean, maintainable code.
- Demonstrated experience in API development and integration, particularly with eCommerce systems such as Shopify.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo version 16 and above, ensuring familiarity with the latest features and updates.
- In-depth knowledge of PostgreSQL, including best practices in ORM usage for efficient data management.
- Solid understanding and experience in developing and configuring Point of Sale systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, ensuring a strong technical foundation.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in customizing warehouse, accounting, and manufacturing modules within Odoo, adding versatility to your skill set.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines to enhance and streamline development workflows.
- Previous experience with AI integrations, particularly using OpenAI APIs, demonstrating your ability to work with cutting-edge technology.
